1. All videos are saved in FLV format, which means that they won't play in environments that cannot play FLV videos - specifically this means Apple iPhones. There is a workaround for playing FLV videos on Apple products using VLC Player, but we do not offer support for this. Some customers have told us that this is no loner true, but we don't guarantee it.
